Using the site
By posting, commenting, voting, or buying an ad, you agree to these terms and to the house rules. You must be 18 or older.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you give us permission to show it on the site, in previews when links are shared, and in our own promotion of the site, for as long as it's up. You can delete your own posts any time.
Only post what you have the right to post. If you upload someone else's picture or joke and they complain, we'll take it down and may suspend the account.
Moderation
Every post is reviewed before it goes live. We can decline, edit for formatting, remove, or unpublish anything for any reason, and we can suspend accounts that keep breaking the rules. We try to be consistent, but this is a judgment call and our call is final.
What you can't do
Harass people. Post threats, doxxing, or sexual content. Impersonate someone. Run bots, scrape the site, stuff votes, or try to break in. Post ads outside the paid ad system.
Ads
Ad bookings are paid up front at the daily rate shown at checkout. Ads run only after we approve them. If we decline an ad, you get a full refund. If we remove an approved ad early because it breaks these terms, no refund. Otherwise ad purchases are final once the ad has started running.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. It may go down, lose data, or change. We're not responsible for what users post, and we're not liable for damages arising from your use of the site beyond what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Copyright complaints
If something here infringes your copyright, email us with the link, what you own, and your contact details, and we'll take it down promptly.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Disputes go to the courts there.
